Return Policy
Vorxenorscyx provides consultation services, not physical products. We do not sell hardware or components. This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand).
Return Period
For paid consultations, you may request a refund or reschedule within the period agreed at booking. Refund requests are generally considered up to 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Requests made later may be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Return Conditions
Refunds or rescheduling may be granted when:
- You cancel or request a change within the agreed timeframe
- We are unable to provide the consultation as agreed (e.g. technical failure, unavailability)
- The service did not meet the Consumer Guarantees Act guarantees (see General Legal Requirements)
Cost of Return Delivery
We provide services only; there are no physical goods or return shipping. If a refund is approved, it will be made by the same method you used to pay, with no deduction for “return delivery.”
Return Process
To request a refund or reschedule:
- Contact us at touchask@vorxenorscyx.world or via our contact page as soon as possible
- Provide your name, booking details, and reason for the request
- We will confirm receipt and respond with a decision and, if applicable, next steps for the refund
Non-returnable Items
Consultation services are intangible. Once a consultation has been fully delivered, we do not offer refunds for the content of advice given. Refunds may still apply if the service was not provided as agreed or did not meet consumer guarantees.
General Legal Requirements
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), our consultation services must:
- Be carried out with reasonable care and skill
- Be fit for any particular purpose you made known to us
- Be supplied within a reasonable time (where a time was agreed)
If we fail to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (such as a refund or re-performance). Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act cannot be excluded by contract.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booked consultation:
- Before payment: no charge applies
- After payment: subject to the Return period and Return conditions above. Cancellations with sufficient notice may receive a full or partial refund at our discretion and in line with this policy
We may cancel a consultation in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergency). In that case we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.
Refund Procedure
When a refund is approved:
- We will process the refund using the original payment method where possible
- Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period (e.g. 5–10 business days) depending on the payment provider
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated
If you do not receive the refund within the expected time, contact us and we will follow up with the payment provider.
