Services
Vorxenorscyx provides personal consultations on computer assembly, part selection, and performance tuning. Our advice is for informational purposes. You remain responsible for your own build decisions and hardware purchases.

- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant consultation(s).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us:
- Contact us first at touchask@vorxenorscyx.world. We will try to resolve the matter in good faith.
- If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the dispute to mediation or to the courts of New Zealand.
- Any legal proceedings will be conducted in New Zealand.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services.
